Everyday across Queensland, women are facing a hidden battle with MS and neurological conditions, like Parkinson’s, MND, stroke and Dementia.

Currently, there are 1.3 million people trying to thrive while living with these conditions.

Women are disproportionately affected – three out of four Australians diagnosed with MS are women and neurological conditions remain one of the leading causes of disability in women under 60.

These conditions steal mobility, memory and independence.  Help support these women so they can continue to grow their career, raise a family, plan for the future, and live with dignity.

Your Giving Day donation—doubled dollar for dollar—will help MS Queensland help her.  Because her fight is our fight. And together, we can double her strength.

“Getting in contact with MS Queensland really was the first step in me putting back together the shattered jigsaw pieces of my life.”

Meet Jess (pictured with her mum, Jan). Diagnosed with MS at 25, Jess was determined not to let her condition change her. She had a vision for her life before her world was turned upside down: her plans involved a successful career, a family, and adventurous travel.

Although her future felt like it had shattered, support from MS Queensland—along with unwavering care from her family, friends, and her assistance dog, Campbell—gave her hope, guidance, and a path forward .

Today, Jess dares to dream of a bright future, with a bucket?list goal to see the Northern Lights.
