Kindness and Joy
Thursday 21st May MS has made me focus hard on internal kindness and Joy. My goal intially was to be able to get on the floor and get up. My additional goal now is to leave every interaction with loved ones and community with a sense of joy and a smile. Even if it means I have to colour my hair 😍🤗
MSing lah!
Tuesday 12th May MS has become a huge part of my life. I am trying to keep light hearted. My physio described the lesions in my brain as roundabouts that nerve messages have to navigate. So now I have traffic congestion n roadworks in my head. So that's why thoughts are slow. He also described my legs getting heavy as I walk as running out of charge. Stopping allows my nerves to charge. So I am also a portable charger for my legs.Thank you to my Sponsors
